Dr. "Bo" Rochester
Dr. Rochester utilizes the Orthospinolgy procedure. This is a gentle, non-traumatic procedure that determines the cause of your problem, followed by a precise instrument adjustment to restore a body balance.
In order to be proficient in Orthospinology, Dr. Bo obtained extensive postgraduate training, in addition to the education required for the general chiropractic practitioner. Additionally, each doctor has to prove all tests before the board of directors will award the Advanced Graduate diploma.

Dr. Bo's Professional Bio
Roderic P. Rochester, DC, FCCJP is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in Georgia and Alabama. He has been in private practice since 1986. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology (Director of Research) and is a past president, vice president, and secretary. Also, Dr. Rochester has served as past president and vice-president of the ICA’s Council on Upper Cervical Care (CUCC). He has also served as a Curriculum Committee Co-Chair and co-developer of CUCC’s Diplomate/Fellow of Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures (DCCJP/FCCJP) degree program. Dr. Rochester is a distinguished textbook author, published researcher, designer of multiple digital radiographic analysis programs, and lecturer in the field of Chiropractic. He is recognized as the 1995 and 2013 Researcher of the Year and Orthospinology’s 2013 Chiropractor of the Year. In 2015 he received his Fellow in Chiropractic Cranio-cervical Junction Procedures (FCCJP). In 2018 he was honored as the Upper Cervical Chiropractor of the Year by ICA, CUCC.
In 2022, he received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the ICA, CUCC. He is in active practice in Clarkesville, Georgia.

Dr. Amanda Brown
Dr. Amanda Brown and her fiancée, both Georgia natives, relocated to Clarkesville, GA in December 2024 to begin serving the local community. Passionate about the outdoors, hiking, sports, and equestrian pursuits. Outside of the office you can find her spending quality time with her fiancée and their 8-year-old German Shepard, Athena, enjoying the great outdoors and many adventure together.
Dr. Brown brings the same dedication and energy to her work in healthcare—where she finds deep fulfillment in serving others.
Dr. Brown’s path to chiropractic began with personal challenges. From a young age, she suffered frequent migraines and concussion-related issues. Her life changed after discovering upper cervical chiropractic care, which dramatically improved her symptoms and performance. This experience inspired her to pursue a career focused on helping others achieve similar transformations.

Dr. Amanda's Professional Bio
Dr. Brown earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Georgia Southern University in 2020. She then took a gap year to deepen her understanding of patient care before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida—also known as the “Fountainhead of Chiropractic.” She graduated in March 2025 and has since obtained and in pursuit of several post-doctoral certifications, including: Orthospinology, Grostic Technique, Webster Technique.
Dr. Brown’s clinical interests extend beyond chiropractic. She plans to pursue a diplomate in the craniocervical procedures, DCCJP, and functional medicine, FMCP, to further enhance her extensive knowledge in the craniocervical junction and nutrition—all with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.
While at Palmer, she contributed to international chiropractic research and co-authored a publication focused on improving patient safety culture in teaching clinics:

Dr. Brown constantly continues to improve her knowledge and clinical outcomes. This has made her one of the top young upper cervical chiropractors in the country due to her mentorship from Dr. Bo Rochester, DC, FCCJP, to which she has treated many types of chronic conditions including migraines, concussions, TBIs, vertigo, neck pain, ADHD/ADD, TMJD, EDS, POTS, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Dysautonomia, and other neurological disorders.

A gentle and specific upper cervical technique that aims to reduce the impingement at the craniocervical junction, decreasing tension on the nervous system and improving overall function.
Orthopedic & Extremity Adjusting
Focused post-doctoral training in the care for extremity injuries such as carpal tunnel, shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, and hip, knee, and ankle conditions.
Webster Technique
A specialized chiropractic method for pediatric and pregnant patients to reduce uterine constraint and support more comfortable pregnancies and smoother deliveries. Also effective in treating headaches and vertigo.
Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression & Functional Rehab
Training in the management of disc conditions—including bulging, herniated, or degenerative discs—and support for patients with failed back surgery.
